Whether it's an educational school excursion or a social outing, here at Science Space we can accommodate all types of groups from preschool, vacation care, school excursions, cub scouts, special needs all the way up to seniors.

STEM Excursions for Schools

Looking to get your students out of the classroom but want them to keep on learning? Science Space is a great place for an interactive and educational STEM excursion for your students whether they are in preschool, primary school and high school. Vacation Care visits

Science Space is a popular venue for vacation groups during the school holidays. Bookings are essential so contact us for more information.

Scouts, Cubs & Guides Groups

We can help you meet your science badge requirements! As Science Space is not usually open in the evening, Scout bookings are by special arrangement. Contact us for more information about special Scout group evening visits.

 Seniors Groups

It is more than just children who can have all the fun here, with exhibits and shows that will interest all ages. Seniors group visits are 90 minutes long and consist of a science show, planetarium show, and time exploring exhibit floors. A delicious morning or afternoon tea is also available during a visit on request.  Please book in advance to allow us to plan ahead and meet any special requirements. 

Seniors Group Prices

Standard visit 
(exhibit floors + live science show + planetarium show)

$12 per person

Morning tea or afternoon tea option $5 per person

Please note: A minimum of 15 people is required for a group booking. Science Space is wheelchair accessible. For any other queries about group bookings please contact us.
